    雙動(dòng)力頭多功能鉆機(jī)是我公司引進(jìn)韓國技術(shù)，結(jié)合自主創(chuàng)新研發(fā)的一種高效環(huán)?；A(chǔ)施工設(shè)備。可在土層、砂層、卵礫石層、巖層、流沙層、流塑性淤泥層、溶洞，易坍塌、地下水位高等復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件下快速鉆孔，形成大承載力嵌巖樁(入巖樁)抗滑樁、咬合樁等。

技術(shù)特性：

• 分離式雙動(dòng)力頭 SEPARATE DUAL POWER HEAD：同軸逆向旋轉(zhuǎn)、上下任意分離、恒功率、大轉(zhuǎn)矩

    可分離式雙動(dòng)力頭配置，進(jìn)行復(fù)合雙回轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動(dòng)，內(nèi)側(cè)鉆桿與外側(cè)鉆套可同時(shí)或分別進(jìn)行同軸逆向旋轉(zhuǎn);根據(jù)施工工藝需要，內(nèi)側(cè)動(dòng)力頭與外側(cè)動(dòng)力頭可上下任意分離、相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)。采用電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，變頻控制，根據(jù)負(fù)載調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)速，動(dòng)力頭在不同轉(zhuǎn)速下也具有相同功率，動(dòng)力性能優(yōu)異、輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩大、過載能力強(qiáng)。

• 獨(dú)特的鉆孔方式 UNIQUE DRILLING METHOD：同軸逆向旋轉(zhuǎn)、轉(zhuǎn)矩自平衡

    在雙動(dòng)力頭驅(qū)動(dòng)下，采用內(nèi)側(cè)鉆桿與外側(cè)鉆套同軸逆向旋轉(zhuǎn)方式鉆削;鉆桿與外鉆套產(chǎn)生的鉆削轉(zhuǎn)矩方向相反相互抵消、自行平衡，使鉆孔過程穩(wěn)定無噪聲振動(dòng)。

• 新式組合鉆具、組合潛孔錘 NEW COMBINED DRILLING TOOL AND COMBINED DTH HAMMER：剛性強(qiáng)、精度高、不怕硬、能“入巖”

    鉆桿鉆頭與外鉆套雙重組合鉆孔，外鉆套護(hù)壁，鉆桿連續(xù)排土，整體剛性強(qiáng)、鉆削力大、成孔精度高，施工速度快，可應(yīng)對(duì)各種復(fù)雜地層強(qiáng)力鉆削。
    此外，還可配置外鉆套和潛孔錘的組合(配置相應(yīng)的空壓機(jī)供氣系統(tǒng))，實(shí)現(xiàn)高效率打孔“入巖”。
